The strategy of our business “in giving you the disruptive tools and products to capture more patients in your office” is working well. Contact lens wearers, value conscious consumers, 2nd pair sales, and COGS reduction all play a part in our mutual success. Most offices we have communicated with have signed on, and we are seeing a very positive impact.
Along with the positive impact, we have also had our share of logistics challenges. From IT communications, to heightened security levels, to bad weather… We continue to drive improvement and know consistent delivery must be met.
We are constantly working at making things better, faster, and more consistent. This week alone we have closed some gaps and expect solid improvement. We apologize for any delays on jobs if you have had any. Although some things are out of our control, it is our responsibility to insure our delivery reliability.
